Brunel is seeking a senior contracts qualified to own risk across tenders and live projects, working with Pre-Contracts, Operations and project teams in managing variations, EOTs and complex claims.

You will lead contract interpretation, negotiation and disputes, provide clear commercial recommendations to executive teams, and contribute to protecting project entitlements in the Australian infrastructure sector.
