Job Description

- Provide onsite and remote IT support to colleagues across Australia
n
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
n
- Support end-user devices, hardware, software, networks, printers and workplace technology
n
- Manage user accounts, access requests and device provisioning
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through the IT Service Desk
n
- Maintain accurate asset and support documentation
n
- Contribute to technology projects, rollouts and service improvements
n
- Support IT operations in line with ISO 27001 and security best practices
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support or Service Desk role
n
- Hands-on experience with:
n
- Microsoft 365
n
- Active Directory
n
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
n
- Experience using IT Service Desk platforms
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
n




- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security practices
n
- Experience supporting SharePoint, AV equipment, wireless networks or endpoint security tools
n
- Experience working across multiple countries and time zones
n
- Exposure to technology deployments and service improvement projects
