Metro North Health is seeking an Indigenous health worker to join a multidisciplinary team providing culturally secure, person-centred support, including assessment, care coordination, advocacy and connection with health and community services.

The role emphasises health equity, working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and partnering with health professionals to deliver holistic care that reduces health disparities within Metro North Health services.
