Full Time Role SALARY RANGE $120,000 to $140,000 per annum, plus superannuation

Job Overview: n

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Business Development Manager for our plastic recycling center. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10+ years of hands‑on experience in the manufacturing and recycling industry, with a deep understanding of international trade dynamics and the intricacies involved in transforming plastic waste into high‑quality recycled resin.

Duties International Business Development: n

- Develop and execute strategies to expand our plastic recycling business globally.
n
- Identify and cultivate relationships with international partners, distributors, and clients.
n
- Navigate international regulations and trade policies to facilitate smooth cross‑border transactions.
n

Industry Expertise: nn
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the plastic recycling sector.
n
- Provide expert guidance on the optimization of plastic recycling processes, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
n

Product Knowledge: nn
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the plastic recycling lifecycle, from collection and sorting to processing and manufacturing of recycled plastic resin.
n




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the production of high‑quality recycled resin that meets industry standards.
n

Networking and Relationship Management: nn
- Leverage existing industry contacts and establish new relationships to enhance business development opportunities.
n
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our plastic recycling capabilities.
n

Strategic Planning: nn
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
n
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
n

Entrepreneurial Experience: nn
- Ideally, have experience owning and operating a business in the manufacturing or recycling sector.

- Demonstrate a track record of successful business ownership or high‑level leadership within a major corporation.

Required Skills nn
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing and recycling industry, with a focus on plastic recycling.

- Proven experience in international business development and trade.

- In‑depth knowledge of plastic recycling processes and industry regulations.
