This is an exciting full-time office based permanent opportunity for a relationship-builder and strategic thinker who is passionate about creating meaningful community outcomes while enhancing brand value and supporting commercial success.

Reporting to the General Manager, Brand & Marketing , you'll play a key role in shaping partnerships that make a genuine difference across the communities we serve.

A snapshot of your responsibilities will include: n

- Execute day-to-day delivery and management of Hawaiian's partnership portfolio, ensuring activity is aligned to local catchment needs and Hawaiian's community focus areas.

- Create & maintain strong relationships with community organisations, stakeholders and partners.
n
- Oversee the in-centre execution of key partnership campaign activations (Christmas, Easter, Lunar New Year and other placemaking moments), ensuring delivery is well executed, on-brand, and complements each centres existing marketing programming.
n
- Develop and implement Hawaiian's consolidated granting program, ensuring consistent goals, application processes and reporting requirements across catchments.
n
- Support delivery of internal community programs, including Team Giving and the Personal Volunteering Program, encouraging team member participation and a genuine sense of ownership in Hawaiian's community outcomes.

- Work closely with brand,



marketing and communications teams to showcase partnership outcomes and community impact.
n
- Monitor, measure and report on partnership performance and return on investment.
n
- Managing partnership budgets, forecasting and governance requirements.
n

About You n

You are a highly organised relationship manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and are motivated by the opportunity to create positive and lasting community outcomes.

To be successful, you'll bring: n

n
- At least 5 years' experience in stakeholder management, partnerships or a related field.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
n
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Events or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
n
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
n
- Strong planning, budgeting and project management capabilities.
n
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously.
n
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- A passion for community engagement and creating meaningful impact.
