Are you a qualified Skin & Beauty Therapist with a love for providing client journeys with care?

Hawthorne Skin & Beauty is growing, and we're searching for an experienced and passionate therapist ready to step into a vibrant Brisbane salon known for advanced, ethical and results-driven treatments.
n
We're looking for someone with 3 - 5 years or more hands-on salon experience in skin and feels confident treating a wide range of skin concerns and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies such as IPL, Alma Opus radiofrequency micro-plasma & Skin Needling.

You will be confidant in beauty treatments and invested in growing the skin side of your appointment book with all the help from us. - A minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
n
- 3-5+ years' experience in a salon/clinic environment
n
- Excell in brow services and a confidence to convert beauty to skin
n
- Confidence in assessing and treating all skin types and conditions
n
- Experience with advanced modalities including IPL, radiofrequency, skin needling and qualified peels ideally otherwise training will be provided. Must be confident in treatments plans.
n
- A passion for skin health and caring for clients
n
- A confident approach to retail recommending and rebooking
n
- Motivation to learn, grow and evolve within your career
n
JOB ROLE SPECIFICS n
Hours: This role will start at 20+ hours - there will be flexibility in these hours for the right candidate, however 2 late nights until 7.30pm are a must as we do not trade on Saturdays. This is a growth role so if you desire full-time hours, we would love to work with you to make this possible or if part time is all you require your casual contract will transfer part time after a month.

Monday: 9.30am - 5.00pm
n
Tuesday: 9.30am - 7.30pm
n
Thursday: 9.30am - 7.30pm
n
Friday: 9.30am - 5:00pm
