Job Description
· Must Have Skills:
n Cloud Engineer with 12+ years’ experience supporting enterprise Windows,
n VMware, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments
n
· Solid hands -on experience with
n VMware ESXi/vSphere 7 & 8, vCenter, HA/DRS, VM migration, lifecycle
n maintenance, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) aligned infrastructure
n operations.
n
n
· Experienced in Windows Server
n 2016/2019/2022, Server Core, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, patching, and
n enterprise security hardening.
n
n
· Experience in Azure
n infrastructure, including Azure VMs, VNets, Storage Accounts, Azure Monitor,
n Azure Automation, Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, and hybrid cloud
n integration.
n
n
· Knowledge on backup and
n recovery experience using Commvault, Veeam, Rubrik, and exposure to Cohesity
n backup platforms.
n
n
· Technically expert to business communication
n skills, adept at clearly explaining technical subject matter to business user.
n
n
· Should be experience on infrastructure automation
n using PowerShell and Azure Automation, with working knowledge of VMware
n vRealize Automation (vRA) for automated VM provisioning.
n
n

· VIRTUALISATION - (VMWARE GSX, ESXi 3, 4, 5, 6, 6.5 & 6.7) VMWARE
n Infrastructures. (Microsoft HYPER -V ) MS Virtual Server.

· VMware ESXi 3.x to 8.x, vCenter
n Server, vSphere HA/DRS, VM templates, cluster management, lifecycle patching,
n VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) architecture exposure, workload domain
n concepts, SDDC Manager awareness, and Hyper -V 2008–2022.
n
n
· BACKUP & RECOVERY – Commvault, Veeam Backup & Replication, Rubrik, Cohesity
n exposure, Acronis, ShadowProtect, Backup Exec/NetBackup, backup validation,
n restore testing, and repository management.
n
n
· Network
n Systems/OS’s Management - (GPO/WINS/DNS/DHCP/ACTIVE
n DIRECTORY) SCCM Deployment OS Win 7/10, Office 07/2010 and
n Third -party Apps.
n
n
· Server Hardware – Blade Servers IBM/HP/DELL, HUAWEI, Intel
n Tower/Rack Servers, Nutanix, Cisco UCS and Brocade.
n
n
· SAN Storage – EMC VNX, NIMBLE, HUAWEI OCEAN STORE.
n
n
· Migration Tools – Platespin / Zerto / Veeam / DoubleTake.
n
n
· IAM Management – App Management / B2B/ Conditional Access / Hybrid Identity/ Azure
n Identity resources.
