Key Responsibilities will include n
n
- Managing a vast number of development and construction projects, namely D&C;, Direct Build and 3rd party project management
n
- Oversee a small to medium sized team of state-based Project Managers and a Drafting/Design team
n
- Develop and maintain organisation/departmental management plans, detailing all works currently under management
n
- Ensuring planning outcomes are delivered as expeditiously as possible; whilst ensuring that construction tenders and contracts are managed in parallel
n
- Understand legal contracts and work with internal legal counsel to drive risk mitigation strategies
n
About You nn
- Proven experience building Service Stations is mandatory
n
- A strong track record of managing a national portfolio of both D&C; projects and 3rd party build projects
n
- 15+ years of Senior Management experience in the development/construction sector
n
- High level of attention to detail, managing and overseeing a number of projects simultaneously
n
- Ability to manage a large volume of internal and external stakeholders
n
- Formal qualifications in development/construction, coupled with a strong track record of multi-site development
n
