Job Description

Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide home-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Clinical Care Partner. The role focuses on keeping older clients safe, independent, and well in their own homes.

The ideal candidate has AHPRA registration, a valid practicing certificate, and at least three years of nursing experience in aged care or community settings. Adaptable arrangements and local support are provided.
