Ultra Building Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $106M commercial project in Fortitude Valley.

The Role:

You will take full responsibility for project delivery, including:

n

- Leading site, project, and commercial teams
n
- Managing programme, procurement, and sequencing
n




- Overseeing budget performance and commercial outcomes
n
- Coordinating clients, consultants, and subcontractors
n
- Driving high standards across quality, safety, and execution
n

This is a true leadership role with visibility, accountability, and influence.

About You:

n

You’re an established Senior Project Manager with:

n

n
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial projects ($90M+)
n
- The ability to manage complexity with confidence and control
n
- Robust leadership and stakeholder management capability
n
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
n

n

You take ownership, make decisions, and lead with intent.
