Role Summaryn

Lead and oversee mine production operations to achieve protected, efficient, and cost-effective ore extraction and production targets. Provide strategic and operational leadership across mine planning, production, grade control, manpower, equipment, budgeting, and cost management.

Key Responsibilitiesn

Develop and execute mine production strategies, plans, and annual production targets.

Oversee daily mining operations and monitor production performance, costs, quality, and efficiency.

- n

Coordinate with Mine Technical Services, Engineering, Maintenance, Geology, and other departments to optimize mine development and production.

n
- n

Review geological, survey, engineering, and operational data to support mine planning and decision-making.

n
- n

Ensure compliance with mining legislation, company policies, health, safety, and environmental standards.

n
- n

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

n
- n

Ensure adequate manpower, equipment, and resources are available to achieve production targets.

n
- n

Lead, develop,



and manage the mine operations team, including performance management, training, and workforce development.

n
- n

Contribute to mine strategy, budgeting, and mid- to long-term operational planning as a member of the senior management team.

n
- n

Daily report to Zijin HQ.

Requirementsnn
- n

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.

n
- n

Relevant professional certification/designation.

n
- n

Minimum 10 years of mining experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role.

n
- n

Strong knowledge of mining methods, mine production, planning, and operational practices.

n
- n

Good knowledge of applicable mining legislation, safety, and environmental regulations.

n
- n

Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

n
- n

Ability to interpret engineering, geological, and survey information and apply sound technical judgment.

n
- n

Excellent oral and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
