Job Description

Silverchain is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hospital in the Home Service in Kingsley on a permanent full time basis. You will work across Monday to Sunday from 7.00am to 9.00pm (7.6 hours per day) with weekend penalty rates. Join a team delivering one-on-one community care and support complex health outcomes.

You will bring advanced clinical assessment, post-graduate experience, and strong communication to coordinate care, education and emergency responses in diverse home settings.
