CIMA Cleaners Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our commercial cleaning client base across Adelaide.

The role focuses on identifying potential businesses, contacting decision-makers, introducing CIMA Cleaners' services, and generating qualified appointments for our management team.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Research potential commercial cleaning clients
n
- Contact businesses through phone, email and LinkedIn
n
- Identify owners, managers, facility managers and decision-makers
n
- Generate qualified leads for offices, gyms, childcare centres, medical centres, retail stores, warehouses, strata and other commercial properties
n
- Book meetings and site inspections for the management team
n




- Maintain an organised lead database
n
- Follow up with prospects
n
- Achieve weekly lead-generation targets
n

Requirements nn
- Confidence speaking with business owners and managers
n
- Sales, telemarketing or lead-generation experience is preferred
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn, email and basic CRM systems
n
- Target-driven attitude
n

Compensation n

Competitive base pay + performance-based commission.
