Job Description

Foundry Talent Partners is assisting a prominent financial services client in Sydney to appoint a Transactions Counsel. You will own all deal documentation from draft through funding, working with investment professionals, in‑house lawyers, and panel firms to secure timely, compliant closes.

You will draft, negotiate, and shepherd documents across property lending, private debt, and securitisation while managing multiple live deals with a proactive, commercial mindset.
