APG Workforce is currently seeking Retail Assistants to join our client's busy chicken retail store located in Laverton, Melbourne!
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: Part time 20-30 hours
n Hours could be scheduled between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Cash and eftpos transactions + money handling
n
- Perform general shop duties including shelf stacking and stock presentation
n
- Monitor and rotate stock based on use-by dates
n
- Assist with unloading deliveries and moving stock from trucks into the store
n
- Refill fridges and display cabinets throughout the day
n
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised shop at all times
n
- Deliver friendly and helpful customer service
n
Requirements nn
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock during shifts
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail workplace
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
n
- Able to work part time hours/shifts within store hours (between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
n
- Must have own car and valid driver’s licence
n
- Trustworthy, on time, and committed to the role
n
- Previous retail or food-handling experience is highly regarded but not essential
