We are preparing for the veryexcitingSpring Summer seasonat the Mansion Hotel & Spa Werribee Park and are looking for guest focused individuals with various levels of food and beverage experience.

About The Role n

- Positionedacross our multiple function areas.
n
- Deliver exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets
n
- Be an ambassador for the hotel
n

About You nn
- Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded
n
- You must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
n
- A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment will be of great interest.
n
- Valid RSA certificate
n
- A desire for service excellence
n
- A basic understanding of wines and spirits
n
- A great communicator
n
- Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n




- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, quick paced environment
n
- Initiative and be a team player
n
- Good personal presentation
n
- Self-motivation, can do attitude
