Join Advara HeartCare as a part-time Medical Receptionist based at our Joondalup clinic. The days will be 8am-5pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
n
You’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while providing essential administrative support to our doctors and clinical team.
What You’ll Be Doing n
n
- Welcoming and supporting patients
n
- Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
n
- Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
n
- Processing referrals and patient informationProviding accurate and efficient administration
n
- Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
n
- Ensuring our patients receive a friendly, qualified experience from the moment they arrive
n
What You’ll Bring n
We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for patient care
n
- Is friendly, professional and confident
n
- Has excellent communication and attention to detail
n
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
n
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
n
- Works well independently and as part of a team
n
- Has previous medical reception or healthcare experience (highly regarded)
