OPSM is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Parkes team, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales with luxury brands such as Chanel, Ray-Ban and Prada. No optical experience required; full training provided to support you in guiding customers through styling high-fashion frames.

You will manage daily store operations, coaching a diverse team, scheduling rosters, stock and visual standards while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive workplace.
