Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Product & Project Manager to drive the delivery and ongoing evolution of strategic technology solutions across the organisation. This permanent opportunity is suited to a professional who can successfully balance both product ownership and project delivery , ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value while meeting operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects across software, applications, digital transformation, and capital works initiatives.
n
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring solutions align with organisational priorities and user needs.
n
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to define product strategy and drive successful outcomes.
n
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance requirements.
n
- Oversee enhancements and optimisation of critical business applications and digital platforms.
n
- Support innovation initiatives leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps solutions where appropriate.
n
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change activities to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

About You nn
- Proven experience in a combined Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager,



or ICT Product & Project Manager capacity.
n
- Strong background delivering software, application, digital transformation, or capital projects, Power Apps.
n
- Experience owning or contributing to product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills.
n
- Experience working within regulated environments such as government, local council, education, healthcare, or similar sectors will be highly advantageous.
n
