Job Description

Your In Home Rehab in Melbourne is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist for a permanent part time role (4 days per week), starting December 2026. You will deliver person-centred OT services to NDIS participants, aged care clients and other home-based clients, with a focus on independence and safety.

Applicants should have at least 3 years' OT experience, current AHPRA registration, a valid driver's license, and Australian working rights.
