About the Role n
We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who knows their way around a phone and doesn’t need hand-holding.
n
The role is a mix of outbound and inbound calls. You’ll qualify prospects and book them in with our Sales Strategists. Your job is to have good conversations, work out who’s a genuine fit, and get the right people into the calendar.
n
The 5pm to 6pm block is when a lot of our clients are free to talk after work, so it’s often the best hour of the day.
What You’ll Be Doing n
n
- Outbound calling - generating interest from older enquiries
n
- Calling warm and recent leads provided by the business
n
- Running structured conversations to identify suitable prospects
n
- Booking qualified appointments for the Sales team
n
- Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
n
- Hitting daily and weekly booking targets
n
What We’re Looking For nn
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or phone sales
n
- Confidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly
n
- Self-motivation. You manage your own day without someone watching over you
n
- Ability to follow a framework while still sounding like a real person
n
- A reliable computer, stable internet and a quiet, dedicated space to work from
n
