Job Description

Genea is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager to lead risk, quality and governance activities during a 12‑month maternity leave. This Sydney CBD role reports to the CEO and drives the development, implementation and ongoing review of risk management and quality systems across Australia.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, incident management and privacy, coordinating with regulators and senior leaders.
