Job Description

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking an IT Support Analyst (Level 1) based in Cairns. This permanent full time role operates on a Monday to Friday rotational schedule with after-hours on-call duties to support critical business systems.

You will provide daily desktop support, assist with ticket management, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver reliable application support and service improvements. Australian work rights required.
