Job Description

YMCA Gainsborough Outside School Hours Care is seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator on a fixed term part time basis until October 2026 (maternity leave cover). You’ll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and guide a passionate team in delivering secure, fun, and enriching care for children.
