What You Bring to the Table n

If you've got a good head on your shoulders and a "can-do" approach, we can teach you the rest. Our team is our engine. You must be cool headed, able to think on your feet and a team player.

- Strong diagnostic, rough in and fit off skills (commercial and residential).
n
- Someone who can talk to people - you'll spend a lot of time doing this, we need you to not be weird about it.

- Someone who leaves a job site cleaner than they found it.
n
- Someone who can take ownership of their work - the good and the bad.
n
- A good attitude - no cowboys, no drama, no throwing blame.

The non-negotiables:

- Current QLD Electrical Licence and White Card.
n
- Manual Driver's Licence with a clean record.
n

What You'll Be Doing n
nYou'll be out on the road handling a mix of: n

n
- General service, insurance, and maintenance.
n
- Installs, lighting, power, and smoke alarms.
n
- Fault finding and repairs.
n
- Mentoring and leading apprentices (sharing the knowledge).
n
- Communicating confidently with building supervisors and keeping clients happy.
n
