Job Description

Parliamentary Counsel’s Office (Sydney CBD) is seeking a Principal Assistant Parliamentary Counsel for a 12-month temporary assignment, with possible extension. The role delivers a key drafting program, drafts complex legislation, and provides legal policy advice to Government and Parliament.

Versatile working arrangements are available. Admitted or eligible for admission in Australia and extensive experience in legislative drafting are essential.
