Job Description

First Choice Care on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into Clinical Facilitation. You will mentor nursing students during clinical placements, bridging classroom learning with secure hands-on practice.

You’ll guide assessments, support educators, and collaborate with universities to coordinate block placements up to four weeks. Unrestricted AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing are essential, with strong communication and written skills as key assets.
