The Pastoral Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focusedBottleshop Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering great customer service and helping customers find the right products.
What You’ll Get Up To n
n
- Welcoming customers and assisting them with product selections and purchases;
n
- Providing helpful information about products, specials and promotions;
n
- Processing cash and electronic transactions accurately;
n
- Restocking shelves, fridges and displays;
n
- Ensuring products are presented neatly and attractively;
n
- Receiving, moving and rotating stock;
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure bottleshop; and
n
- Supporting the wider team with daily operations.
n
About You n
To succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Previous retail, bottleshop or hospitality experience;
n
- Good beverage and product knowledge;
n
- A current RSA certificate;
n
- Availability to work evenings,
weekends and public holidays;
n
- A friendly attitude with strong communication and customer service skills;
n
- The reliability and confidence to work both independently and as part of a team; and
n
- The physical fitness to safely lift, carry and move cartons and stock throughout each shift.
