The role n

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a senior leadership seat responsible for the health and performance of consulting delivery across multiple technical delivery pillars.

n

You'll be accountable for delivery outcomes end-to-end, not just "project oversight", but the commercial and operational performance of delivery across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Own delivery performance across the consulting pillars, including revenue, profit margin, utilisation and pipeline conversion
n
- Lead pillar Managers and build the next generation of consulting leaders
n
- Drive portfolio governance,



delivery quality, and engagement health across client work
n
- Help win and shape work and scale the business
n
- Champion and embed the firm's operating model, scorecards, priorities, accountability, and honest issue resolution
n

What you'll bring nn
- 12+ years of experience, including time in a recognised consulting firm
n
- Experience leading senior engagements end-to-end and running a delivery portfolio
n
- A finance background (FP&A;, transactions advisory, etc.)
n
- Credibility across multiple asset-intensive sectors such as:
n mining/resources, oil & gas, energy & utilities, heavy infrastructure, transport & logistics, manufacturing, agribusiness
n
- Strong leadership experience
n
- Strong senior stakeholder presence and an active network across operators, advisors, investors and industry bodies and proven experience generating new business.
