The fleet operates from a modern, clean and well equipped maintenance facility across NSW.
The Role: n
Buslines have 1st year apprenticeships for the trade of 'Heavy Vehicle (Diesel) Mechanic' at Forster Buslines
n
Apprentices will learn to support the service and repair of our fleet of buses in line with best practice to ensure we operate in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
n
Collaborating with the Asset team, you will develop skills sets that align to achieving your qualification in your trade.
n
Various start dates are available (immediate start and January 2027)
What you bring: n
In addition to having an interest in heavy vehicles and buses, you will be self-motivated with enthusiasm to learn.
You would be willing to work and learn in a team environment and with support the drive and commitment to complete your apprenticeship term.
n
You will have some technical aptitude and be computer literate.
n
Completion of a relevant pre-apprenticeship course or trade work experience is advantageous, but not essential.
