A Little Bit About the Role… n

As a member of our Pop-Up Store Team, you'll help create an exceptional in‑store experience while bringing the Kathmandu brand to life.

Depending on your experience and the role you are appointed to, you may:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert product advice and creating genuine customer connections.
n
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of the store , ensuring presentation, stock, and merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
n
- Drive sales results by helping customers find the right gear for their next adventure.
n
- Lead and inspire a team (Store Manager roles), creating a positive culture and supporting team development.
n
- Maintain operational excellence , including stock management, compliance, and safety standards.
n
- Represent the Kathmandu brand , sharing our commitment to sustainability, adventure, and outdoor living.
