Job Description

Agilysys Australia Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a System Specialist (Support & Implementation) to support customers across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work with hospitality SaaS products, handling implementations and ongoing application support.

Two-plus years in hospitality operations or SaaS support, robust problem‑solving, and customer service mindset are essential. You’ll collaborate with teams to test integrations and deliver training, with on-site or remote go-live support.
