Job Description

Westfund Health Insurance is seeking a Permanent, full‑time HR Manager to lead HR operations for ~240 people across NSW and QLD. The role is based at the Lithgow head office with hybrid work up to two days per week and regular travel to regional sites.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and lead a team of five, delivering practical HR support, policy implementation and strategic People & Culture initiatives.
