SRG Hospitality – Aqua Dining, Milsons Point

Aqua Dining is currently seeking experienced Waiter/Drinks Waiter to join our friendly and motivated team.

n

From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.

n

Aqua Dining is currently being renovated and we are operating from Ventuno Restaurant in Walsh Bay.

n

Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

n

-Setting and arranging tables

n

-Taking reservations, greeting customers and taking orders

n

-Recommending dishes and wines to complement food

n

-Take orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff

n

-Serving food and beverages

n

-Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers

n





We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

n

-Certificate III in Hospitality and/or at least 18 – 24 months experience;

n

-Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;

n

-Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;

n

-High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;

n

-Must work well in a team workplace;

n

-Positive attitude and passion for cooking;

n

-Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;

n

-Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

n

Job Type: Permanent Full-time

n

Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.

n
