About The Role n

Dawn is looking for an experienced Full-Time Chef to join the kitchen team in Ocean Grove. You'll work alongside the Head Chef and existing kitchen team across breakfast, lunch and selected dinner services in a busy, established venue with a strong daytime trade and a growing Friday and Saturday night offering.

Key Responsibilities n

- Run a section during high-volume service
n
- Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
n
- Maintain outstanding presentation, consistency and attention to detail
n
- Manage food costs, portion control and wastage
n
- Work across breakfast, lunch and selected dinner services
n

About You nn
- Strong experience in a busy commercial kitchen
n
- Genuine passion for food, produce and current food trends
n
- Organised,



reliable and good to work with

- Availability across weekends and some evenings
n
