We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our casual pool, delivering exceptional care to aged care residents across our partner facilities.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
n
- Monitor and respond to residents' health needs
n
- Support and supervise care staff in daily clinical duties
n
- Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
n
- Liaise with families, GPs, and allied health professionals
n
- Contribute to a cooperative and resident-focused care environment
n
Requirements nn
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
n
- Excellent clinical, communication and leadership skills
n
- A genuine passion for supporting older adults
n
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
