This successful insurance repair builder is seeking an opportunity for a Project Manager & Assessor to join their large Queensland division.

This is a highly autonomous position. Your local office would be in Brisbane, however you would have flexibility to work on the road.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be assessing and project managing a variety of insurance repair building projects around Gold Coast. These can range from BAU to Major Loss.

n
n

You will have complete flexibility to work on the road as required, as well as having ample support from our local office team.

n
n





Insurance repairs is characteristically fast paced and demanding, however the QLD division is very well-staffed, ensuring projects can be delivered on time and to customer satisfaction, and team members can have work-life-balance.

n
n

This is a full-time, permanent position.

n
n

Starting salary $105,000 - $125,000 + super + vehicle (experience dependent).

n
n

Due to the nature of the industry, a police check will be a mandatory part of the process prior to commencing employment. This will be further discussed with you during your interview process.

ABOUT YOU

n
n

Prior insurance repair building experience, with an ability to assess and estimate for a range of project sizes.

n
n

Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up current systems quickly.

n
n

Cert IV Building & Construction or ability to obtain this within 2 months of starting.

n
n

Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.

n
n

Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.
