Handyman needed - above award wage plus super n

A busy holiday and residential hotel is looking for an experienced handyman to perform daily upkeep, minor repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, long-term residential units, and common areas.

Key responsibilities including reasonable tasks n

n
- Fix and repair fixtures such as toilets, cabinet and cabinetry
n
- Perform touch-ups including patching drywall/door holes, including additional handyman jobs
n
- Troubleshoot internet issues
n
- Run routine schedule checks on guest roomsPerform basic daily checks and cleaning of swimming pools, spas, fitness areas, and common areas
n
- Transparent debris, wash walkways, remove rubbish
n
- Maintain basements, grounds and gardens
n
- Assist and escort licensed specialists (such as electricians or plumbers) when major repairs are needed
n
