Job Description

BravoFit (Planet Fitness Australia franchise) on the Gold Coast is seeking a energetic Front Desk / Member Services team member. You will greet members, manage club access, respond to inquiries, explain the Judgement Free Zone, and assist with memberships and POS transactions.

Role requires excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. First Aid/CPR certification and NPC/WWC checks are expected within three weeks of starting.
