This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Sydney office with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES n

n
- Reviewing and analysing each claim in your portfolio and making appropriate claims management decisions in accordance with EML policies, procedures and compliance requirements
n
- Developing,



monitoring and updating Claims Management Plans (CMPs) to achieve positive Return To Work (RTW) goals
n
- Forecasting, developing and implementing strategies to overcome potential barriers in order to ensure a timely and durable RTW for the injured worker
n
- Developing a working understanding of the relevant legislation or policy
n

ABOUT YOU n

n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
n
- Ability to accurately use multiple software in a high volume and fast paced environment
n
- Effectively manage your time in order to achieve deadlines within required timeframes
n
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
n
