nAbout the Role n

Join our People & Culture team as a Talent Officer (Compliance) , where you'll keep compliance on track and support smooth HR operations. Your day will include:

n
n

n
n
- Maintaining accurate compliance records, including professional registrations, licences, visas, clearances, screening requirements and mandatory checks.
n
n
- Maintain accountability for the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and audit readiness of workforce compliance information.
n
n
- Liaise with employees, leaders, regulatory bodies and external agencies on compliance matters as required.
n
n
- Provide cross-functional support to employment contract generation as required.
n
n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail and skilled judgement.

- You will love working in excel spreadsheets!
