Since 2021, we’ve delivered high-voltage infrastructure across data centres, switchyards, tunnels and other major projects throughout NSW.

As our ASP1 civil capability continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced civil labourers to join the team. This is hands-on work supporting the civil delivery behind electrical network infrastructure - from trenching and conduit installation to pit works, spotting and careful excavation around existing services.

The work n

n
- Assist with civil construction works supporting ASP1 and electrical infrastructure projects.
n
- Carry out trenching, conduit laying and pit installation.
n
- Complete careful hand excavation and potholing around existing and live services.
n
- Spot excavators, trucks and other mobile plant during civil works.
n
- Assist with excavation, bedding, backfilling and compaction.
n
- Support cable hauling, rodding and roping activities where required.
n
- Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment around site.
n




- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
n
- Follow SWMS, site procedures and directions from supervisors and plant operators.
n
- Drive company vehicles and transport materials between the yard and project sites when required.
n

What you’ll need nn
- Current MR Driver License.
n
- Construction White Card.
n
- Previous civil construction or utilities experience.
n
- Willingness to travel across Greater Sydney and other NSW project locations when required.
n

As part of our recruitment process, the successful candidates will be required to complete: nn
- A pre-employment medical assessment

- Drug and alcohol screening

- A National Police Check

- Employment will be subject to satisfactory results and confirmation that the candidate can safely perform the inherent requirements of the role.

Remuneration n

Casual rates of $40 - 45 per hour + Superannuation, with overtime penalties and Superannuation paid in addition.

n

Casual role to start with the aim to go full time.
