Job Description

Harbour At Home in Coffs Harbour is seeking a qualified Support Worker to provide compassionate care to aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour. Shifts run Mon-Fri, 7am–7pm, with a preference for evening work.

You will support clients in personal care, social activities, and transport to appointments, enabling them to live the life they choose in their local community. You will work autonomously and as part of a team to meet client needs, demonstrating empathy, organization, and robust
