About the Rolen
n This is a showroom-based consultative sales role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers; face-to-face walk-ins, phone calls or online enquiries.n
n

- Managing customer enquiries across in-person, phone, and email
n
- Building rapport quickly and understanding customer needs
n
- Guiding customers through the buying journey and closing sales
n
- Following up leads and maximising every prospect
n
- Keeping the showroom looking sharp and inviting
n
- Working closely with the team to ensure a seamless experience
n

What We're Looking Forn

- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
n
- Personable with a true passion for customer service
n
- Confidence in building rapport and closing sales
n




- Clear and friendly communication skills; both verbal and written
n
- Great attention to detail, time management and follow-through
n
- Adaptable with a proactive, "get things done" mindset
n
