Role Overview

Reo Group is partnering with a specialist insurance business to recruit a Claims Operations Lead on a fixed-term basis. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new claims management system, taking a hands-on role across system design, testing, and rollout whilst working closely with internal claims and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a current claims management system across the business.
n

- Drive system design, configuration, user testing, and rollout in a structured and pragmatic manner.
n
n
- Work closely with internal claims, operations,



and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
n
n
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the implementation programme.
n
n
- Support change management and training to embed the new system effectively across the claims function.
n
n

Candidate Profile

- Solid end-to-end claims experience within a general insurance environment.
n
n
- Proven track record delivering claims system transformation or technology implementation projects.
n
n
- Pragmatic and hands-on, with the ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels.
n

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
