Job Description

Rashi Joshi in Norwest is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to support sales and warehouse teams and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

You will manage customer enquiries by phone and email, process orders, monitor stock, coordinate dispatch with the warehouse, and assist the sales team, building robust customer relationships.

This six-month temporary role offers on-site parking and a path to permanency for the right candidate.
