nOur client is a well known Australian organisation with a significant operational workforce across multiple sites nationally. They are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a diverse client group across manufacturing, operations and corporate functions.n
nThis is a genuinely broad role where you'll have ownership of your own remit, partnering directly with leaders and building strong relationships across the business. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team while having the autonomy to make an impact and drive continuous improvement initiatives.n
About the role n
nReporting to an experienced HR leader, you'll support approximately 220 employees across operational and corporate environments, providing hands on HR support and advice across a wide range of people matters.n
nKey responsibilities include:n
n

- Providing coaching and guidance to leaders on performance, conduct and employee relations matters
n
- Supporting disciplinary and grievance processes
n
- Advising on Enterprise Agreement interpretation and HR policy application
n
- Building trusted relationships with leaders across multiple sites
n
- Supporting remuneration reviews and cyclical HR activities
n
- Contributing to workforce planning, retention and capability initiatives
n




- Delivering HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Driving engagement with site based teams and operational leaders
n

This role is based in North Ryde with regular travel to Chullora and occasional travel interstate and to regional sites.n
About you n
nYou'll be a confident and commercially minded HR qualified who enjoys working closely with operational leaders and isn't afraid to have challenging conversations when required.n
nYou'll bring:n

- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR position
n
- Exposure to employee relations and industrial relations environments
n
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders and frontline managers
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to work autonomously and build credibility quickly
n
- A proactive approach and genuine desire to improve people practices
n
- Experience within operational, industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics or similar environments will be highly regarded
n
