Job Description - Delivery Lead n

We are seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to take ownership of end-to-end integration delivery across multiple workstreams and releases. The successful candidate will lead delivery from planning and estimation through development, testing, deployment, stabilisation, and warranty support.

This role requires a strong combination of delivery leadership, integration knowledge, financial awareness, governance, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Lead delivery from planning and estimation through build, testing, deployment and stabilisation.
n
- Manage delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, RAID, scope and resources.
n
- Forecast capacity, demand, delivery costs and resource requirements.
n
- Coordinate across BA, Development, QA,



Architecture and programme teams.
n
- Provide clear delivery reporting and communicate risks, issues and decisions to senior stakeholders.
n
- Ensure architecture, security, release and delivery governance requirements are met.
n
- Coach delivery team members and work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
n

What we're looking for nn
- Strong end-to-end technology delivery experience.
n
- Excellent stakeholder, team and delivery management skills.
n
- Strong Agile/SAFe experience with Jira, Jira Align and Confluence .
n
- Good understanding of APIs, REST API lifecycle and integration delivery .
n
- Experience with capacity, resource and financial management.
n
- Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills.
n

Desirable: n

MuleSoft/CloudHub, IBM ACE/MQ, CI/CD, cloud, Splunk/observability, and Insurance or Financial Services experience.
