We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Cerrone Jewellers'. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our prestigious jewellery brand. With a focus on building long-lasting relationships, you will be responsible for guiding customers and helping them find the perfect item to suit their individual style.
What you'll be doing n

- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
n
- Consulting with clients to create custom designs and guide them in choosing the perfect diamond
n
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
n
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, including materials, craftsmanship, diamonds, and precious stones
n
- Ensuring the store is well-presented and merchandised to create an inviting experience
n
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and business operations
n
What we're looking for nn
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales and custom design jewellery, ideally possessing a Diamond Grading Certificate.

- Ability to follow up on all customer enquiries.
n
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients
n
- Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for detail
n
- A professional, well-presented appearance and a positive, friendly attitude
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently to achieve sales targets
n
- Flexible availability to work during our store hours, including weekends
