Indigenous Managed Services (IMS Recruitment) is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage a busy portfolio of labour hire and permanent roles across Western Australia.
n IMS is an established recruitment and labour hire business with ongoing contracts and panel appointments across mining, resources, construction, infrastructure, government and other various industries.
The role

n You’ll manage recruitment from sourcing through to placement and mobilisation, building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Your work will include:

n

- Managing multiple blue-collar vacancies across a range of clients and projects
n
- Advertising, sourcing, screening and shortlisting Indigenous and non-Indigenous candidates
n
- Checking experience, tickets, licences and competencies
n
- Coordinating interviews, references, offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding
n
- Maintaining talent pools, regular contact and accurate records
n
- Attending client meetings with coworkers and supporting the Agency Manager
n





About you
n
nYou’ll have strong blue-collar recruitment experience, ideally across mining, construction, trades, transport, manufacturing or labour hire. You can manage a busy desk independently, understand relevant tickets and licences, and provide responsive service to clients and candidates. Experience with JobAdder is an advantage. A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required.n
